Overview

Our Mission with the Ohio Army National Guard (OHARNG was to bolster recruiting and retention efforts through the strategic use of social media, digital advertising, specialized content creation, and lead-generating campaigns.

Other objectives included expanding the National Guard’s digital reach, enhancing audience engagement, and differentiating the brand from other branches of military service in the social space

Approach

Utilizing geo-targeted ads through Meta, Snapchat, and other trending platform, Nativa was able to push lead-generating ads to the National Guard’s target demographics; tracking social media analytics and turning that performance into enlistments.

This included a refreshed organic content calendar and media rebranding strategy, shifting the focus to genuine storytelling as well as influencer collaborations.

The ads were A/B tested to maximize efficiency, lower lead costs, and better communicate information covering education benefits, citizenship benefits, job vacancies, etc.

Results

Nativa proceeded to analyze OHARNG’s primary audience demographics, created a prospect profile to be used in a targeted brand awareness and lead generating ad campaign. Daily content and social media posts helped further the organization’s reach, doubling their audience through organic posting.

Utilizing a lifetime ad spend of $670,000; our campaigns produced over 110,100,000 impressions, 1,360,000 link clicks, and generated over 50,000 leads for Ohio’s Recruiting and Retention Battalion.
