Starting a New Chapter
When I look back at my time at Nativa, I remember the mix of excitement and uncertainty on my first day. It wasn’t just my first internship in the United States—it was my first real step into the professional world. What I discovered was far more than I expected: a place where creativity and culture were inseparable, where every project carried meaning, and where I began to find my own voice.
Immersed in a Culture-Driven Agency
At Nativa, diversity was not a buzzword but the foundation of every idea and project. Working alongside colleagues with unique perspectives taught me that marketing is not just about selling, but about telling stories that truly resonate. In every brainstorm and campaign, I learned that empathy, creativity, and authenticity are what make communication meaningful.
Learning and Growing
My internship was hands-on from the start. I worked on campaigns, supported social media, participated in shoots, wrote blogs, responded to RFPs, and conducted research. Each task reminded me that marketing is never just about output—it is about clarity, intention, and connection. Beyond client work, I contributed to internal projects and organized team events, experiences that showed me how strong culture is built with care and intention.
A Launchpad for the Future
What defined this experience most was the freedom to be curious, to ask questions, and to share ideas. I learned that multicultural marketing is about listening, understanding, and reflecting real experiences. Looking back, I see Nativa not just as an internship but as a launchpad—one that gave me confidence, skills, and perspective at the start of my career in the U.S.
To the team at Nativa, thank you for welcoming me, guiding me, and showing me that meaningful marketing begins with listening. This was more than a learning experience—it was a turning point that will stay with me as I move forward.
