Karna LLC was tasked with helping the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) translate COVID-19 medical training and guideline documents from English to African French. This mission required translators and interpreters reflect the distinct word choices and dialects of the target community. Given the sensitive nature and tight timeline, turnarounds needed to be as quick as 8 hours.

Additionally, Nativa ensured these translators were also fluent in English and proficient with technology to facilitate virtual interpretation sessions.
